I’ve been trying to lose weight for a trip to dance nationals in Florida. I’m not extremely over weight but I could stand to lose a few pounds. So after talking to my mother I went and bought some Slim Fast. I’m doing the plan were you replace two meals with a shake, eat three fruit/veggie/slim fast bar snacks and have one balanced mean, about 500 calories. It sounds easy and my mom says I’ll lose the weight. So I started it today and so far I’ve had a shake and a bar but I’ve noticed some strange side effect that I want to make sure are normal. After eating or drinking the Slim Fast I experience a short burst of nausea, about twenty minutes or so after I eat or drink the Slim Fast. Is this normal? Is Slim Fast an ok plan to use? I exercises regularly with dance and on my own and I don"t plan to cut out the third meal like some people do.
